Entrustment of Personal Information Processing
① To facilitate business operations, Asendia may entrust personal information processing to third parties.
② When entering entrustment contracts, Asendia specifies in writing restrictions on processing personal information for purposes outside the scope of the entrusted work, technical and managerial safeguards, prohibition of sub-entrustment, supervision of the trustee, and liability for damages in accordance with Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act. Asendia also supervises safe handling by trustees.
③ If there are changes to the contents of the entrusted work or the trustees, these will be disclosed without delay through this Privacy Policy. -
Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and their Legal Representatives, and Methods of Exercising Rights
① Data subjects may exercise the following rights regarding their personal information at any time:

Access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing
② These rights can be exercised via written request, email, or fax in accordance with Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act. Asendia will take prompt actions accordingly.
③ Rights may also be exercised by legal representatives or persons authorized by the data subject; in this case, a letter of proxy must be submitted as prescribed in Form No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act.
④ Requests for access or suspension of processing may be limited under Articles 35(5) and 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ Requests for correction or deletion cannot be accepted if other laws require the retention of the personal information.
⑥ Asendia may verify the identity of the person making a request for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing.

Personal Information Destruction
